Choosing to go
Trekking in Bolivia with Himalayan Kingdoms puts you in safe
hands and gives you wide choice over which part of this
beautiful and diverse country to explore.
Our three treks in Bolivia take in the remote northern
Apolobamba mountain range, Mount Illimani, the second highest
mountain in Bolivia, and the classic Cordillera Real – the
‘Royal Range’ of the Andes – named by the Conquistadors for its
wild beauty. Trekking in the mountains of Bolivia ensures
stunning scenery with vivid contrast between lush cloud forest,
dense Amazonian jungle, dazzling glaciers and snow-capped peaks.
Our trekking holidays in Bolivia also include excellent
acclimatization by visiting Lake Titicaca and we also enjoy the
best of Colonial Bolivia in Sucre and Potosi – both designated
World Heritage Sites for their outstanding Colonial
architecture.
In addition to our standard treks, Himalayan Kingdoms are able
to provide tailor-made trekking in Bolivia experiences, and we
are now offering to host a night’s stay at a Cotswolds Guest
House in Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire so that you can meet
one of our experienced team to discuss your holiday needs.
Click here if you are interested in arranging your own
personal trek and fill in the simple registration form. A member
of our team will contact you as soon as possible to talk about
your ideas.
