We are extremely pleased that you have decided to book with Himalayan Kingdoms, and can offer three ways for you to place your booking:
- Online, using our secure server (note this opens in a new window)
- By phone - call us with your credit card details and full names of all members of your group, as they appear in your passports
- Download the Booking Form here and post or fax it with your deposit and insurance premium, if applicable, to our address or fax (see below)
Booking procedure:
1. You send us your booking form by one of the above methods
2. We will then confirm your place(s), subject to availability and send you a Trek Dossier which contains:
- Visa and trekking permit instructions
- Vaccination information
- A personal first-aid pack list
- An equipment and suggested clothing list.
- 'Getting a good deal on gear' (Himalayan Kingdoms clients are eligible for discounts at certain retailers.)
- A reading list appropriate to your destination
- Visitor impact notes
- Invoice for final balance, due 2 months prior to departure
- A route map
Your free Himalayan Kingdoms kitbag and baggage labels will be mailed to you separately, or given to you at the Pre-Trek Meets.
